Well , the babies have been here for 5 days and they seem to be catching on to the routine. The first day and a half, whenever I would step into the room where their condo is, they would scatter like 2 little cockroaches into the nearest hidey box! Now that they figured out “Mommy” refills their food, water and hay, they come running to the door when they see me. . Yesterday I opened the door and Simba came over and put his head down to be pet, and Beau came zooming up to his side and put HIS head down for pets. It was SO stinkin ‘ cute! Of course, they have such tiny skulls that I just used two fingers to rub their forheads. . They’ve gotten the hang of “when Mommy leaves the door open, it means we can go explore!” Got my first full fledged, 360 degree binkies from both of them yesterday and today! And MAN, can they EAT!! (And they have such tiny widdle baby poops!). Just wanted to update y’all. You’ve all been so nice to me thru losing Jo-Jo and bringing home “the boys”!

Yay! Glad they are settling in. Sounds like you’re doing all the right things. Are they using the litter box too?

They do most of their peeing in the litter box – and a little outside it, but they are not quite 6 weeks old, so I’m cutting them lots of slack. . Got a huge litter box that Jo used, and food bowl, hay and both boys fit in there with room to spare, so they do most of their business in there while they eat.
