  Doc advised to give Metacam, but not sure of dosage & best method to give. Any help much appreciated.

  I’m not sure if the dosage would go up with the size of the bunny. It sort of makes sense and I did some research but wasn’t able to come up with anything.
  
  The dose I give my buns (about 5lbs) is 1ml every hour for 3 hours and then every few hours after that.

  When I had my most recent rabbits spayed/neutered they had us give .7ml once a day to our rabbits who are 9.5 and 10 lbs but I’m not sure weight matters. Your husband might find this helpful when it comes to dosage:

  Ok… Hubby came home and we got about 40ml of Critical Care into her, Baytril, Metacam and Reglan. Plus sub-q fluids… She took everything really well… I like to think she knows we’re trying to help . Will update in the morning.
