Felix has been doing great litter training. He has only been pooping outside his box every once in a while. Recently he has been pooping everywhere in the dining room by “his wall”. I have taken some of my perfume and spraied it on the carpet as a mark of my territory but he still poops all over the place. What else can I do?

          Get him neutered asap.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up… :o)

It’s great if all of his pee is in the box, you’re really fortunate about that! Of course, there might always be some dropped poops even after his neuter, but they should lessen considerably!

              Yeah, neutering’s the answer.

I have two buns, a girl thats neutered, a male thats not (he is currently too young).
I used to think she pooped EVERYWHERE! Until I got him. And his poos are much larger than hers so I know its him XD
A good comparison is their pens. They are side by side, and hers is all the poops and pees in her tray (except when we first got him and she peed in the corner closest to his pen and it did something to the black carpet, the smells gone, its been cleaned, but their is a bleached stain where it was) but HIS pen? Its like a poop explosion most days. He does all his pees in his tray though… that’s the main thing, poops are easier to clean up

The cheapest quote I got for a neuter is $270-320 depending. Is this normal? It seems much for such a small bun :/

That sounds about right to me. I know it varies depending on where you are located.

I’d imagine smaller is harder in terms of surgery.

Dang. Looks like Felix is going to have to wait until I start my new job :/

My female does this too, always uses the box and only a couple of misses or actually tracked out accidently on her foot when leaving the litter box but anyway, the past couple of days, DigDug leaves a random amount everywhere outside so that there is no way I would believe it is accidental. It’s been over a month since she did it last and she is not fixed for monetary reasons mostly.
