I’m thinking about purchasing an x pen or some c&c cubes and setting it up around/infront of cocos cage that way he can have some space during the night as he tears up his cage and flops around, with the ramp theres not a lot of room and this would also be for while I’m at school. My only concern is if I take his cage out what I’d put on the floor encase he pees on the floor and not in his litter box and if he decided a new designated spot for peeing.
Do you guys have any ideas for a flooring? I currently have carpet which he’s peed on before. I was thinking of having my dad get a piece of thin plywood and putting it down but then I’d have to move it and everything. Not sure what to do he needs more room at night and I don’t have much room in my room and I don’t want him anywhere else in the house at night I can’t sleep without Him in my room lol

          Here are some options:
          1) Sheet vinyl flooring – place it right over the carpet, under the Xpen. Makes clean-up simple, but some buns don’t like the slippery surface
          2) Cheap area rug for under the Xpen area
          3) Shower liner or curtain, under a sheet – you can easily wash the sheet every so often

We have slippery floors in our house that he goes on so I think he’d be fine with the vinyl flooring but ill probably go with the sheet/curtain it seems easier and I think he’d like that better.
I’m not sure if I should keep his cage or just make a version of Beka27’s side ways E hideaway and arrange his dishes and litter box somewhere inside his cage.
