         Hey guys

So my bunny Lucy is not eating very many of her pellets and idk why. I’ve been a little worried about her because she ate a 1/2 inch wide cracker and a piece of one of those tiny rubber bands and idk what it will do to her system. That happened yesterday and she seems fine. The only things I’ve noticed are that she’s not eating her pellets and some over her regular pellets are soft-I don’t think they are Cecos because they are individual, not attached (rest are normal). She still drinks a lot of water and eats Timothy hay and grass and prances around my family room like she owns it. No change in behavior as far as I can tell and still active. Any ideas?

The cracker shouldn’t be an issue but the rubber bad is a worry. Was it a big bit ? Is Lucy still eating hay and greens ?

Yes she is. She hasn’t reacted to the rubber band as far as I can tell, it was a very tiny thing- it was actually the end of one of those pens. You know the ones that have the very tiny thin strings of rubber that make outlook like a puff ball? It was one of those and it wasn’t even 1/2 a cm thick. She is choking down on grass and eats hay a lot

That’s excellent… If it was only a tiny piece of rubber the hay and grass should carry it through… Just keep monitoring her poops just in case.
