So we moved and the only place for my bun was on carpet. And I didn’t trust him on carpet alone so my fiance’s dad built us a platform for his x-pen to go on.

It is a piece of plywood cut to fit the x-pen with wood sides to hold the pen in place + keep stuff in, and wheels on the underside so we can roll it to clean under. Its also floored with fancy push together tiles that he got for free cause they dropped the box and couldn’t sell it damage ($60/box regularly SCORE. plenty of tile leftover if we need to replace). It can also be unscrewed down the middle and folded in half and has handles if we want to take it somewhere with us or ever have to move it again.

The barrel looking thing is a cat bed/toy I got at ross for $10. It’s lined with bamboo place mats inside cause he doesn’t like soft warm things. He sleeps inside it and stands on top of it when I’m near his pen so he can beg for head rubs. Lettuce bowl (also have a carrot ) from tractor supply I got on clearance for $4. Bamboo mat. Plastic baby rings that he makes tons of noise with when playing
