I have had him for a about a week and a half and he has been very good. He is a 8 week male who is not neutered. I have always been able to fill his bowl and change his litter no problem. I switched to fleece two days ago and have notice he keeps pooing not in the litter box. He has been pretty good about peeing in it but he does some poops outside the box which i heard was normal. So today I moved the poo into the box and he bit me! I noticed he would scratch me when I put my hand in his cage while he was eating but i’m unsure why he bit me. I also noticed he began peeing in his hidey house in the corner opposite his litter box. I switched the two. Now when I go to put food in his bowl (in front of his hidey house) he attempts to bite the scoop. What do I do?

I don’t think one bite is cause to call him aggressive. It is natural for a rabbit to defend his territory and you need to make any changes or clean his cage when he is not in his cage.

It’s just important to know your rabbit. Some buns are more laid back than others, and some are more territorial than others. It sounds like your rabbit doesn’t like his stuff being touched Try waiting until his play time, when he’s out of the cage, to mess with anything. That will be less stressful for him and you. Remember, you’ve got to respect his space.

He could be getting an early dose of hormones too. But yes, his behavior sounds territorial.

Sounds normal, especially for an unaltered bunny. Bindi is the sweetest bunny in the world but he will growl and lunge at me on occasion when I’m scooping stray hay and poo out of his condo. And don’t touch Olivia’s stuff while she is in her condo or you’ll be sorry!
