Why, hello! My name is Sephora. Two years ago, I adopted a 2 1/2 satin/mini-lop mix — he was an “unwanted Easter bunny” being given up by a hobby breeder who no longer wanted to breed rabbits. I fell in love immediately, and he’s been the apple of my eye ever since! This is when I just brought him home:

This summer, I’m planning to finally get him neutered, though I can only imagine how much of a wreck I’ll be. During his first trip to the (rabbit-savvy) vet, one of the assistants wasn’t holding him firmly enough, and he nearly threw himself off the examination table.

Anyway, that’s us! More pictures below just for fun!

Thank you! As most of us bunny owners know, sometimes you have to think outside of the box (or cage, as it were!) so I finally settled on a pen made for dogs, used the base of his old cage (from when he was itty bitty) to hold his litter and hay, and I just recently put that rug in there. I used to have blankets, but they’d always slip or he’d dig them up  so I finally found a runner with rubber backing for just $11 and it’s perfect.

I’ve seen a lot of amazingly cute black and white lops lately! I almost got one that was especially cute from a feed store because every time I came in it stuck its front paws and nose through the bars and wanted picked up all the time. I resisted, but then my boyfriend caved and brought home Moogle lol. It’s a sibling of that rabbit I saw at the feed store (not black and white). Linus is very cute!
