does anyone have any good recipes for homemade treats? I’ve found a few helathy storebought treats, but most of them are quite unhealthy for rabbits. let me know!

Girl is this my forte! I’m always making Apollo treats! I use his pellets, about a cup full. Crush them, maybe in a grinder, but I used a bag and a rolling pin! Crush them up and add water, little bit by little bit, till it forms a dough that you can squish into little balls, or roll out. Then, add as much bunny safe treats and titbits as you like! Apollo has had mint and carrot in his and that got received well, then he had parsley and curly kale, and that went down well too! Just cut up the added bits so they go well into the mixture! Roll the mixture into relatively small balls, or roll it out into a sheet. Then, bake in the oven on 180 (Degrees Celcius) for as long as it takes for them to go crispy. I do balls most of the time, and they take about half an hour! Just as long as you bake it until it’s totally crispy and there’s no damp, they’ll keep for quite a while! Happy Baking

I make these for my bunnies and they love them. I only use half the amont of honey. And you have to watch them very carefull so you don’t overcook them. Mine bake quicker than the suggested time and I don’t bothe leaving them in the turned-off oven for an hour.
