Brighteyes was acting very odd.. I said before that I thought he was grunting but it was him doing his little oink thing… But today he was honking and circling my feet… Then he began nipping at them and… idk it was like he was trying to dance with them xD He like stood on his back legs and was like holding my leg in place with his front paws… my ex thinks he was trying to hump my legs… I tried to walk away but when I did he’d follow or stomp with his hind legs… So was he trying to hump my legs? Should I just let him do it since he stomps if I try to stop him? I’m not sure… it’s kind of cute in a weird way but also kind of irritating xDD

addition: he does this to the cat as well and he also shakes his tail around before he does it… it’s very strange…..

Yeah he’s definitely courting you and the grabbing your leg with his front paws is just the beginning on his humping adventure. Your feet have become his “friend”. It’s very cute but once my bun tried humping me off to the vet he went to get neutered.

awwh D; oh well, once I get this vet appointment over with I’ll be able to see if I can get him neutered or not… Mostly because the cat gets really pissed off when he tries to hump her… he’s one frisky little guy though…

I got Harley when he was about 5 months old. And lets just say 3 days of having him I called to schedule his neuter. I couldn’t STAND it! It was cute, yeah, yeah but it was nearly impossible to walk ANYWHERE! Each step consisted of me pushing a horny bunny off my leg lol. He still circles my feet and gets in the way, tripping me but it’s not a horny behavior anymore. It’s him REALLY REALLY wanting that tasty salad I have or tasty treat! So it’s adorable because I’m actually expecting the behavior and prepared for it because I have a tasty bowl of greens and I’m actively calling my buns to come and eat lol

You think it’s cute now, you just wait! lol

lol he seems to have only started doing this though… I mean he did it once to my cat before and tried to do it to my feet but why would he only just begin to actively pursue my legs now??

He’s probably feeling more comfortable and at home. You’ve had him for like what, close to a month now? He probably feels great being a nice house bunny now and has finally fully adjusted. And loves you and your cat! :p

lol well at least it can’t be a bad sign… It’s funny how much he loves the cat though… She hates it when he tries to hump her and will biff him with her paw (I try to get her to stop but she doesn’t use her claws so he hasn’t been hurt by her) yet the more annoyed she is by it the more he wants to mate with her. xDD It’s too funny…
