So I know rabbit’s feet are supposed to be furry but I feel like my bunny’s feet are maybe too furry. Has anyboy ever trimmed up the their bunny’s fur on their feet? I’ve thought about it but I don’t want to accidentally well cut him I would feel so bad and I just don’t know if it’s normal. When I say trim I mean cut some fur off the front of the feet  Sorry if the pictures are really dark.

I wouldn’t trim his feet, it’s not necessary. Sometimes Bindi gets mats on the side of his feet that I gently pull out.

No it’s not completely necessary, it’s hard to trim his nails though because the fur gets in the way (I use women’s stockings and push each nail through to get the fur out of the way) but i thought maybe this would be easier. I won’t trim the fur though if it’s not recommended, just was wondering

That’s a great idea about stockings. Bindi’s nails are difficult to trim for the same reason.

glad I could give you some ideas I can’t remember who I heard it from but it’s kind of a pain because you have to push only one nail through at a time clip it and then move to the next nail but it works great

Oh that’s a great idea for getting the fur out of the way. I’ll have to try that! Oh and your bun’s feet look perfectly normal to me. Furry!

They look like totally normal holland feet. I wouldn’t trim them – too much risk that you would cut something if he squirmed.

For nail trims, I just push the fur back with one hand and trim with the other while my husband holds him. I like the stocking idea if I had to trim him without a helper.
