A friend of mine has an 8 month old doe who is now spraying. She knows she needs to be spayed however, her sister – who was owned by me - was spayed at 6 months and never recovered from the op. Although she came round from the anesthetic the vet believed that the operation and then the pain was too much for her and she went into shock. Both my firends doe and my baby girl who died sneezes/sneezed. Because of this history my friend is obviously very concerned about having her doe spayed. Can anyone advise on a rabbit savvy vet in the Hitichin area? Many thanks for any advice you can offer.
