I have one lionhead male named Nali. I love him lots and now that summer has arrived I'll be with him every day. But, suring the school year or days when I am not home, would it be okay if he lived in a different room, and a larger cage, without a fellow rabbit companion? I am going to play with him every day in the summer, but my 'rents said no to a second rabbit. :/

The text is kind of hard to read with the size being so small and the color. Please consider using the normal sized text and maybe black or darker blue for the color. I copied and pasted it for anyone having trouble:

Rabbits can be happy with and without friends, so no worries. He’ll be fine with you as a companion.

I wouldn’t worry too much about a second bunny. Rabbits can live happily on their own if you give them enough care and attention and in a way bond to you. Getting a second bunny is a big commitment and you would need to have your parents on board 100%. You should also only get a second bunny if it is something you want to do, not because you think your current bunny needs a friend. Give him lots of toys to play with and spoil him with lots of nose rubs and he should be just fine!

My girl leasha has been alone for a little over a month, and she tooth purrs and binkys a lot.

Rabbits can do just fine alone, Just make sure you are going to enjoy spending extra time with em.

Can’t read the post even with my glasses on….. Working from the title only I would say one bunny can be happy as an only child as long as you are giving lots of affection and attention. Are you in a situation to get two buns and if so is it financially realistic ?
