So I recently just moved back home and am trying some new things with my Bubba. I would rather not have to mess with his cage because he is a free roaming house bunny. So I bought this new corner potty box that has a cage floor that can be taken out for cleaning and the absorbent pellets go underneath it. super easy to clean and his poop balls dont stick to his feet and get everywhere after he is done because all the feces falls under the cage floor.

Problem- He started to use is right as I set it up and the day after, but for the last 3 days he would rather poop and PEE right outside of it on the towel I have around the potty box!! Its making me very angry because he has been fully potty trained since the first week I got him. I have been putting his poop in to get some of the smell that he is familiar with, still isnt helping!

        Facts:

           – He is a neautered male

           – Almost 1 years old

-I put hay in the new potty box to help lure him to use it

-Just started putting vitadrops in water and the anti odor in his water as well

So I need help! Does he just want his old stinky potty box back? Because I got this new one and I dont smell ANYTHING!! And I am about fed up with throwing his poop into the litter box every 30min!! Also, bringing back his old potty box is not an option, threw it away and it was too stinky to maintain.

        Please Help me and BUBBA!

Perhaps the new litter box is not big enough. Bigger boxes are always better. I find those corner potty boxes just are not adequate and that may be the case with Bubba.

I think a larger box will help the corner ones are way too small.

You can get screens for larger sized boxes as well:
