Hi there I have a disabled rabbit and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on a wheelchair I could make for my bunny. I am not to handy when it comes to tools. I have been looking for wheelchairs online but they are to expensive. Thanks

I just got a cart for my rabbit from dogstogo.net. They are very reasonably priced and make them custom to your animal out of polypro pipe. The email is dogstogo19@aol.com. I highly recommend them. I got a cart for Sam and then he started to rehabilitate him more so now they are making a modification that will let him bring his feet mreclosely under him . . .

If you don’t mind me asking how much was the cart?

Their prices are listed on the website and it varies according to weight.

I think with shipping I paid close to $100. It takes them just a few days. And be specific with them about the degree of disability. Sam was not getting up at all anymore so he ended up getting one that had a back bar but let his feet touch in case he wanted to try using them. Well, he did, and he got a lot stronger and now I am having them make a modified one without a backbar so he can get his feet under himself and continue getting stronger. The lady is really nice. She has worked with many vets and with many animals for many years and wants to make a product that fits the needs. . . .
