  I was wondering if any BB members were familiar of some good stress bonding techniques that didn’t involve a car. I don’t own a car at the moment and also our washing machine is built into the wall and doesn’t vibrate.
  
  I think I’ve read a BB member putting both buns into a box and dragging the box around. I’ve been wondering how much success people have had with this and indeed stress bonding itself?
  
  No intention of bonding again for a few weeks, but would like to have a few tips on hand for when I do start.

  We had one member put them in a shopping cart and push it around her back yard. She successfully bonded a quartet. You can be creative with stress bonding. I’m sure some of the other members will have other ideas for you.

  You can put them in an empty laundry basket and walk around with them, shaking it a bit from side to side. Or use noise as a stressor, for example a running vacuum during bonding.

  Cool, they both aren’t bothered by the hoover, so that won’t work. I think putting them in a box and dragging the box around might help!

  I haven’t really been trying anything. The fire alarm went off in our apartment this weekend, that seemed to do the trick for us! Ha!

  In order to bond my pair I put them in a laundry basket and dragged it around while some loud music was on. They were bonded within 2 or 3 sessions in the basket (please daddy no more!) ha ha

  That was what I had in mind!! Thankfully I haven’t needed to do any stress bonding, they’ve been interacting fine the last few days!

  Awesome! I always felt a little guilty for having to bond them that way. But after that I was able to leave them for a 24 hour period in a neutral area and they become best friends overnight!
