My bunny has a cold, wet nose but no sneezing whatsoever. About a month ago, I took lulu to the vet because she had syphillis. The vet said nothing about a respiratory infection. She actually said that she initially thought lulu had a respiratory infection judging from the symptoms I explained through the phone, but it actually turned out to be syphillis.

What could be the cause of lulu’s wet nose other than allergies?

Is the discharge colored at all? What were her original symptoms that the vet labeled syphilis, and what did she receive for treatment?

I would certainly ask your vet who is treating her what he/she thinks about this.
