Beenie sometimes makes a clicking noise when I greet him at the cage, or just when he is hopping around.  It’s not purring, and it’s not super loud, but it is loud enough for me to hear it a few feet away in a quiet room.

Any ideas on what he’s vocalizing to me?

Could the noise possibly be from his teeth? Has a vet ever checked him for dental problems? I don’t think I’ve ever heard clicking noises from mine.

Rabbits can do a tooth “purr” also. Mine usually do 3 clicks in a row, pause, then another 3.
            Anything like that?
