I came home from class and Boo had a ziplock bag of trail mix that had fallen out of my bag earlier in the day. I’m not sure how much he ate, probably less than a cup, but I’m pretty terrified as to what will happen. He ate it two days ago and has acted fine. is there anything I should know? I’m scared he is just going to drop dead because of something in the trail mix

Can you list what’s in the trail mix?

I wouldn’t worry much if it was 2 days ago. If he was going to get sick, I’m pretty sure he would have by now.

Most of the stuff in trail mix is in “bad” pet store bunny treats anyways.

I hope he’s doing alright now. As previously mentioned, if he’s doing fine 2 days after he ate it, he’s most likely going to be just fine.

I’m not fond of trail mix, but from what I can remember that’s commonly in it, chocolate (if you have the kind with that) is probably the most dangerous thing in it. The other stuff like nuts are bad but not literally toxic.

Thanks for the advice…I waited it out and he is fine. He actually left a pile of nuts..guess he doesn’t like nuts. He did eat some chocolate and raisins.

Jerseygirl, I love the show Here Comes Honey Booboo, so I thought I was so clever…turns out my little she is actually a he. But he already answers to Bunnybooboo so everyone that meets him is very confused once I tell them his name
