So I recently bonded my two bunnies. One is a female and one is a male. They have been bonded for about 5 days now and my male has always been the dominant one. This morning I saw my male rabbit humping my female. Is this something to be worried about? Or do some rabbits just occasionally show dominance once in a while even when they are bonded. Otherwise they have been a great bonded pair. Please get back to me a soon as possible.

        Thanks

ok, this is interesting, male humping a female, yep, this is more than natural. 🙂 Fixed or not fixed, especially not fixed. ………. I have 3 females, they take turns.

No need to worry as long as the female is tolerating this – males humping females and females humping males are both normal.

No need to worry as long as it’s not causing fights – my boy Simba does this to everyone in the quartet when they refuse to groom him! LOL.
