Re-doing Bunny Room - Suggestions?

  I have wanted to re-do the bunny room for a while now and we have plans to bond Monty with Dexter and Penny so I’d like the revamp to work while they’re bonding but be easy to transition into a 3 bunny home.
  
  This is the room I’m working with:
  
  And this is my current idea:
  
  In the short term we would house Monty in the Condo and Dexter and Penny in the “Play Area”. The condo will be multi level and when they’re bonded we’ll open up the bottom level so they’ll have both areas 24/7.
  
  Any suggestions or ideas? I’d like to keep the window accessible because we currently run a window fan in the summer to help cool the room (we’re also thinking about installing an air conditioner). I feel like I’ve been looking at it for too long and I’ve started second guessing the set up O.O . I need fresh eyes

  Are the 3 currently in the room now? I’d consider 2 pens for duration of the bonding then giving them a condo after. Purely because bonding involves territorial marking and I think pens are easier to clean. It would also keep them all at same level to interact. You could swap them between pens too.
  You can do all this with condo and pen of course if you prefer.
  
  If you were to swap positions of the pen and condo, would that create feeling of more or less space as you enter the room?

  Oh. I just thought about pens and jumping bunnies. My suggestion of 2 pens does have that drawback…
  Not great during bonding.

  I was actually talking to my husband about this after I posted. I think we’ll do two pens while bonding and use the NIC grids to create a “top” to one of the pens. Probably on Monty’s as he’s the only one that I’m worried about jumping out of his pen (he’ll jump out of them and then lay right outside of them -_- )..They are currently in the same room. Monty is in a hutch my husband built and Dexter and Penny are in a pen.
