I was playing with coco today a noticed a single nipple type lump on his belly their is only 1 and I don’t know what it is. I’m going to try to get him into the vets tomorrow, his behaviour is normal and it doesn’t seem to cause him any discomfort, he is still eating, drinking and pooing/weeing as normal. Does anyone know what it could be?

Though there is conflicting information about whether male bunnies actually have nipples or not, from my understand, males do, but they are much less pronounced and flat, though sometimes they can be felt. (and maybe that is what you are feeling — if one is more pronounced)
And mammary glands in males can also get infected,(but much more less common). It will be interesting to hear what your vet says. Keep us updated.
