Are rabbits allowed to eat paper. Plain paper with nothing on it. My rabbit ate some, and I want to use a little as litter in  litter box. My bunny just eats it like hay. Is it safe for her?

Mine used to rip up ANYTHING that had paper on it. He probably ate some too. Overall if she’s eating it a lot I would keep it away from her. For litter, use something like Carefresh or recycled paper pellets instead, they work much better. I used to ball up newspaper and my bun would shred it for fun.

Plain paper is fine. Eating a little bit won’t hurt them, I’m sure everyone’s bun has eaten paper at one point or another. Consuming large quantities might not be good though. I like Yesterday’s News for litter. It is made from recycled paper.
