My new baby rabbit is about 8 months and has been neutered only 1 month now has been losing fur on his back in two different spots it looks like someone shaved him and the fur that is still long just falls out if touched. What should I do any suggestions would be great. Thanks

It sounds like molting – I would not worry. This is typical of molting and while it looks alarming, it’s very normal.

Ok thanks at first I thought someone took a shaver to him but then I thought my kids are way to old for that and I didn’t notice it last night but this morning I did and there was fur all over his cage this morning.

I agree. Sounds like molting. My Olivia has bald patches all over right now. You should brush bunny every day during a molt to prevent ingesting of the fur.
