So my kitten is completly obsessed with going into the room where Bud is...which I try to keep her out of there unless I can watch them cause she will try to stick her paws into his cage and since he is blind he gets frightened pretty easily...
Well so tonight I was in there cleaning Buds cage out and checking him over to make sure his behind was clean and he didn't need a butt bath....our house is kinda old so all the floors are uneven and creak....so the kitten has been able to squeeze herself under the door...Well tonight she tried to claw her way under the door....and she got stuck halfway through... so you see this little kitty head on one side of the door and back legs and tail on the other side. It was so bad that when I opened the door a little bit she went with the door!!! If I wasn't so worried I probably would have laughed..I had to actually open the door a bit further and pull her the from the middle of the door towards the doorknob and out...
A couple years ago, we found a stray kitten that we fostered until we found it a forever home and she crawled in to the open oven (which was on) and she'd get stuck under and in all kinds of things....She also got stuck in the fridge overnight one time too....
I guess curiosity can kill the cat...
Posted By SirThumpsey on 11/01/2012 02:49 PM Someone at work told me that cats can get "tape worms" from eating mice...I'm sure they could get sick...or an upset stomach...but worms?
Wild animals always have all kinds of internal parasites, so it would be easy for her to catch something, worms I'm not sure about.
