This morning, I had gone out to pick up a couple bunnies that another RA member is going to foster. On my way to drop them off, I got a call from my husband.. poor Simon was having a seizure. SO he rushed Simon to the vet, where I met him. Simon is still there, the vet is keeping him for the day to watch him and treat as needed. He wasn't moving at all, but breathing very fast, and has a fever. I hope he pulls through... he's such a sweet boy, and deserves to get an awesome home.
I'm so mad at the shelter that he came from. 3 of the 4 rabbits we got from them have had major health problems.. one died, another went to the vet yesterday for stasis, and now Simon... ugh. I'm so tempted to call them and tell them where to stick it.
But please... Simon can use as many vibes as can be sent to him. Poor boy
Does the vet have any idea what was wrong?
