I've been looking through this site, and I have an idea for a more comfortable (temporary) arrangement for Flynn (he is currently in a 2'x2' wire cage). I have an X-pen that we have used outside in the past. I've got a decent sized space to make him a bigger pen where he can have some room to move.
The only problem is, the space is carpeted. It's a no-pile industrial type carpet, but with a decent pad underneath, so it's pretty comfortable. Flynn isn't litter box trained yet though, so I'd like to cover the carpet with something. Any suggestions?
Here is a really good way to cover carpet! It is linoleum on some wood with a wooden trim to keep the xpen in place and to keep unwanted messes in!
Where do you guys buy this from?
I'm not so much of a handyman, so I am a bit clueless on this =)
We've use these mats for our buns. They come in 2'x2' squares and have a slight texture to the top of them. I mention the texture because we tried rolling out some vinyl in the past and Addie & Ben didn't like it at all. It was too slippery for them and Ben wouldn't get out of the litter pan.
