Since Arduina gets tummy aches frequently, our vet said to give her pumpkin daily.  The thing is, is she doesn’t like mushy pumpkin.  So that’s how I came up with these cookies.

        “Healthy” Pumpkin Cookies:
        1 can of pumpkin (unsweetened!)
        1/2 banana, mashed
        some parsley, chopped (I used about 1/3 – 1/2 a bunch)
1 C ground old fashion oats (grind in food processor or coffee grinder)
pinch of cinnamon & 1/2 pinch of nutmeg (optional, vet said Ok)

Mix to all ingredients together (you could food process, but I
didn’t).  Spread out thinly on parchment paper (or roll between two
pieces), the thinner the faster it will dehydrate.

Bake @ 325F in oven for 1/2 hour or until brown, let sit in oven until
COMPLETELY dry (1 hr +).  I had to repeat this since I spread mine too
thick.  Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.
