I got a new kitten and she was playing in my room. Minnie came up and raised her tail. What does that mean?

It can mean a few things depending on her ears. If ears are forward it can mean cautious interest which can lead to mounting or aggression.

If her ears are back with her tail up — it can mean aggression so be careful your bunny doesn’t end up attacking your kitten.

Forgot to mention that it can a bunny is about to spray–as a way to get ready to spray! Jack would do this both when he got excited OR territorial and he was a “sprayer”.

Don’t be surprised if she acts differently to you too if you have the kitten scent on you.

This will soon be moved to the “Behavior” Section.

My Pepper does this occasionally, it usually means “You have annoyed me, I shall now spray in your general direction !!!!!”
Thankfully her aim is lousy. (Roll on spay day !)

Her ears were forward. The kitten does not go in my room often but I will only let her in there when shes sleepy and will stay on my bed with me. I thought they would get along better. She gets along with 2 other cats just fine. She only doesn’t get along with Chewy because he likes to chase her (and is now banned from my room). Maybe shes too playful and fast for Minnie.
