The power is out all over the east coast and then some, but the point that this story comes down to is that my mother invited my family to stay over at my house. The problem is that they have a dog. And, as sweet as he is, my baby boy is scared to death of him. Stressing out, thumping, and not eating are only some of the things that he is doing to show me his discomfort. The things is, I love both Rexxy and the dog and don’t want to inconvenience any one at all. I moved Rexxy up to my room, but he is not happy there and won’t eat. He is still thumping and all of this is such a mess.

I need some advice, and fast.

I think just give him some time. He should calm down eventually – rabbits don’t like their routine changed and I imagine this is what the problem is. New dog, new digs, etc…

Probably the more you fawn over him, the more agitated he will get.

Just set him up somewhere that he won’t be disturbed and then leave him alone for awhile. He will come around eventually.
