As most of you know, I have three buns all who are 4 months old… they all been introduced to their healthy veggies – but I was wondering about treats (mostly fruits) and if there’s a different age you should be introducing those?  Now that their up to speed on their veggies (about a cup a day for each – all are a little over 3 pounds) would now be a good time to start introducing some strawberries or bananas?  Or should I wait a few more months until they’re older?

Yes you should be fine. After 12 weeks is when it is supposed to be okay for rabbits. It’s a great healthy treat for them as long as they are not given too much. Here is a list of fruit that’s okay for them. I got it from the House Rabbit Society:
          Apple (remove stem and seeds)
          Blueberries
          Melon
          Orange (without the peel)
          Papaya
          Peach
          Pear
          Pineapple
          Plums
          Raspberries
          Strawberries

Sugary fruits such as bananas and grapes should be used only sparingly, as occasional treats. Bunnies have a sweet tooth and if left to their own devices will devour sugary foods to the exclusion of healthful ones.

Thanks so much! Just didn’t want to upset their sensitive little tummys!

It’s more the act of switching that upsets tummies than the intro. of new foods. I think bananas, tiny slices, are a nice treat. I also like apples. Raisins and craisins are a good treat size, so you might just get a box of one of those and give them each one as a treat and don’t switch for a couple of weeks.
