Well, Buck has decided he LOVES being sprayed with water. This weekend he was doing something naughty, I went to spray him and he turned at me and licked his lips, I sprayed again and soon found out he LOVES it so much he’ll ask for more! I sprayed him quite a bit, but it was just the misty spray so it got just the outer coat. It was pretty hot so that could have helped him feel better, but I couldn’t believe how much he liked it! Do any of you guys have water buns?

Lola likes it if it’s on the misty setting – if it’s on the jet stream and she gets that in the bum when she is misbehaving she is NOT pleased!

Oh man. Cinnabun hates it! If she even sees me, out of the corner of her eye, bending down to pick up the water gun (she knows where I keep it, apparently), she stops doing what naughty thing she is doing and RUNS for cover. She tried to get away so fast one time that she actually “tripped” over her willow basket

Really bmt87? I mean Buck was pretty wet, like you could see how the hair was sticking together he was so wet. I LOVED it! I’ve never seen him so happy about something other than food haha.

Cinnabun – that’s really cute, sad but I’d laugh!

I love how our buns catch on so easily.

I honestly think she secretly loves it and is more upset about the fact that I have “sneak-attacked” her with a bum-spray and interrupted her getting into something she shouldn’t. Silly rabbit! Sometimes I think they are so smart and then other times I just wonder how much is really going on behind those cute little eyes.

Hannah HATES it – I don’t even have to spray her, just point the bottle at her. I don’t think she’d be a fan of the mist setting.

Otto doesn’t even notice it. I can spray him multiple times in the bum and he’ll ignore me, then all of a sudden turn around and start grooming himself like “Hmm, how did I get all wet?” Maybe he would like the misty setting on a hot day!

LOL Mr. Buck! I love it. I’m still laughing.

Bunnies are the best, especially when they are unpredictable. Buck has just trained you to be his own summer sprinkler. Have fun!

Trained me? Heck yea! It was AWESOME! I’d spray him, and he’d be doing something and come over and ask for more. I’ll have to see if I can find a way to get a video of it maybe. My dogs HATE water, but my bunny LOVES it. How silly!

Rufus goes swimming! I discovered this when i had some foster ducks in, i got a big round tub thing and filled it with water and came out about 5 mins later and he is in there swimming around with the ducks looking at him. I thought he was drowning so went to pull him out and he got out and ran away from me, but not 5 mins later he was back. After that I put him in the bathroom one day on a really hot day and put about an inch of water in there and he binked like no tomorrow. He loves water!

Finally! Someone who has another water bun. Now I’m curious if Buck will be doing that this summer? Maybe I’ll just get another litter box for him and fill it with some water. Not much, but enough that he can cool of and relax. haha, that would be so funny when non bunny people come over!

I know it’s not good to give them baths and stuff, but when it’s hot – I think he can decide for himself if he’s like a little splish splash. Angelic, I think I’m going to PM you!

See I get in trouble as my Bunny groomer baths Rufus and Bugz and Anya gets a little water but not alot as she is not the best fan. Really does help to pull all the winter fur out but I know it is not for everyone and she knows what she is going. Bugz get so excited when he goes to the groomer becomes a real smooch to her!
