Is it safe to get rabbits the little grape vine/twig things from a bunch of seedless grapes?

Great idea! I’ll give the grapevines to my bunny, too instead of throwing them out.

Have you given your bunny a grape yet? Mine love them, so I sometimes cut one in half (unless I feel mean and want to watch her chase down a rolling grape) and it makes two good sized treats. Which is plenty. Some bunnies are goofy for grapes.

An actual grape, I thought they had too much sugar? At the Humane Society they told me to never give grapes… Although – I trust you guys more than them for most things at least.

I love your idea about the vine though – never thought of that! So do we just rinse them off and let them have it?

RabbitPam, yes!!! I buy grapes all the time but I only ever buy seedless. I figured “well, they can have raisins, and these are seedless, so why not?!” I bite them in half and I eat half and she gets half (usually 2 to 3 half grapes). She loves them, her little tail wiggles when she sees me bite them. I gave her some vines and she went CRAZY!!!! She carried it around for a while and then nibbled them for a while. She ate them all but, best of all, it kept her busy for a while!!!! I got to eat my grapes for the first time without getting a mouth full of bunny nose trying to intercept my food!!!!

grapes are fine, so is the vine Small doses on the grapes of course, just like any treat.

For the vines, make sure to wash them thoroughly, and probably dry them as well.
