first of all, HELLO! I’ve been super MIA lately, due to being swamped with work annnnddddddddd *drum roll please*
buying a house!
with the help of my parents I bought freaking property. I’m still shocked by it sometimes.
anywho, I’m going to make one of the rooms the bunnie’s room, and wanted to know if anyone else here has a bunny room and ideas on what to put in it or how to set things up. if you have pictures, that would be great!

Aw man I’m jealous! A whole room for buns! I don’t have a real bunny room, but sometimes my living just becomes a bunny room for a week or so when I know I’m going to be busy. I built them a couple wooden platforms and put some carpet pieces from Ikea on top and they really love sitting on top of them , there is one in the pictures below (my buns aren’t really into hideys, they’d rather climb!) Cardboard boxes obviously make great additions to bunny rooms, but for a more permanent and aesthetically pleasing solution might be to build some out of a nice, bun safe wood. Cement tubes are also appreciated, and maybe a diggy box! Just make sure your buns don’t mistake it for a litter box like mine did
But don’t underestimate having a large wide open area, I think that’s my bun’s personal favorite because they can run and binky then loaf out when they get tired.

Okay sorry bout the mess! I cant NEVER keep this area of the room clean because Riley thinks it needs to have hay on the floor 24/7 , so right after i clean-he runs over to the “Hay box” and starts pushing hay onto the floor. He thinks its funny i guess.
But anyways! This is a pic of Rileys bun room where i put, food dish and water dish{not shown} and most toys. This works very well because Riley likes more run area than toy area. I have a big rug in the room, and i also made a cardboard house for him.I did this by just taking a box, and cutting openings big enough for him to fit. Rileys room is the master bed room in the house-me and him share but i dont have much stuff so he gets the main use of the space! I hope this helps spark ideas
