at certain times of the day wesley gets very excited and likes to do his circles around the room, jumping around, etc.  lately i’ve noticed he makes a quiet, breathy squeaking noise when he does this.  has anyone else noticed this with their bunnies?  what does it mean?

I can’t quite tell by your picture, but Wes looks to be a dwarf or other short nosed breed? My girl is quite noisy when she breathes because of her short nose. It is especially pronounced when she is a little on the heavier side, but she still makes the little piggy noises even when she is a good weight.

yes he is a dwarf… the short nose might be it. although i have noticed he has been making grunting/sneezing (cant really distinguish it) every now and then as well. i wonder if that also could be a dwarf thing? otherwise he seems perfectly fine… no discharge from his nose or change in behavior. :/
