Just wanted to let all the bunnylovers that have a hard time trimming their bunnies nails know,

We finally trimmed Midnights! (at our home)

It took some trying, but the amazing thing is I did it without picking him up.

So if you are stuggling with a bunny that doesn’t like nail trimming, I just wanted to tell you to maybe try and just trim one-two nails a day, and trim only a little off. As soon as Midnight got more comterable with me touching his feet, it was easy as pie!

        Don’t give up on trying!

Because at our vet Midnight would have alot harder time with it.(your bunny(s) probably doesn’t like the vet either.) And I just feel bad because they almost strangle him and he starts panting.

So just wanted to share that with everyone!

yeah, it’s not the easiest thing to do, but it’s good you can do it yourself. it wasn’t a plan of mine but thats about how I go about it. trim as many as I can get with out too much fuss at a time.

Yes, that’s what I do too. Little by little a day for the fidgety buns. My Missespants is quite good and I have all her nails trimmed in about five minutes. I’m pretty sure she’s the exception to the rule though.
