hi, so i adopted a rabbit 2 days ago. his name was pippin but eh.. im not too crazy about that name. i was thinking of paisley. buuut its a girls name /: would it be weird to name a MALE mini lop rabbit paisley? i was thinking of presley but i dont like elvis and its somewhat hard to pronounce because of my braces (which i should be getting off in… june.. or something)  any opinions? i want it to start with a p, but no foods, no obvious human names (presley is sort of obvious but ha oh well).

also! i was wondering if my rabbit ‘likes’ me? so when i got him on monday he wasnt shy at all. he would let me stroke his head and stuff and wasnt scared of me. but he wouldnt let me pet his head for too long. but last night i gave him a full body pet and he didnt run or anything, and he seemed to like it? and today after school i opened his cage and changed out his litter box and stuff and he was on the second shelf (he is in an XL dog crate and i “made” the second shelf) and he was awake so i decided to give him a full body rub / pet. and he lowered his head and let me pet him, i gave him full body pets like 3 times and then my legs were starting to hurt lol so i got out of my room so he could sleep. (he was sleeping before but woke up whenever i changed his litter box and stuff) but he didnt move or anything and he lowered his head and it sort of looked like his eyelids were heavy as i was petting him (but you know, he just woke up). was he scared or did he enjoy it? he didnt move at all except for some occasional whisker twitches and a constant moving nose; so i just thought he might have been scared? also after i pet him he stayed in that position for around 3 seconds and then got up and did something else.

Parsley! or Peter like Peter Rabbit.
            Or Parker.

Parsley is my favorite. And I bet if you name him that he’ll either love parsley or hate it… that’s how it always goes

Mm, Paisley is also a last name, so it would work if you call him something like Mr. Paisley if you really like the name.

                      Bahaha Sarita I love it.

Personally, I like the name Paisley whether it’s a guy or a girl lollll, I named my female Wilbur

I’m sure your bunny likes you, I think you’ll find he’ll get more friendlier as he settles into his new home and stuff.

I also like Paisley –I could see that as a boy’s name too. I also like the idea of “Mr. Paisley” I love it when a bunny has a few names like Mr. Bubba Paisley. Or Paisley fuzzBa (or find something more dignified if is more of a sophisticated boy!) Anyway, you get the idea.

And he sounds like he was just fine — sounds like he just woke up from a very relaxing time with you.

I like Paisley – I think it’s a perfectly fine boy name, though there were some other good suggestions here.

He sounds like a relaxed rabbit who was enjoying being petted. Scared rabbits don’t put their heads down and fall asleep – they run from you.

Paisly is a nice name for a boy or a girl, I think. I have a boy bunny named Bindi Loo.
