I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right place. This forum was recommended to me to try & help me find a great, indoor home for a rabbit I rescued a few weeks ago. I work in the mental health field & rescued this 6 mos old Flemish Giant female from a patient who was severely neglecting her – she didn’t even have a water bottle!! Never had hay until I took her. She’s super sweet, friendly & very well behaved. I’m desperately trying to find her a good home w/ someone who loves rabbits! I am in Northeast PA but I am willing to travel within a couple hours of me to get her into a great home. Please email me at jbrody1995 (at) yahoo if interested. I do have pictures but not sure how to put them on here. Thank you!

Just wanted to post that I rec’d her to come here, she was posting on another website and mentioned that she didn’t want baby bunny to go to a breeder, so I thought someone here would be a good fit

I’m glad that you were able to rescue this bunny! I’m super far away from you so I can’t help in finding a home, but hopefully someone on here will be able to help you out! Thank you for taking that sweet bun into your home!

We don’t typically allow people to use the forum to find homes for their rabbits.  But your situation is a bit more unique, and we can make an exception — This will however soon be moved to the rescue section.

In the mean time, have you considered keeping this bunny yourself?  We can teach you how to be the perfect bunny slave here.

Sorry, I wasn’t sure what section to put this in, as I was/am really new to this site. Thank you Sam and Lady’s Human for helping me & recommending this link. So many great people here have been so helpful to me. I did think about keeping her because in a couple short weeks of nursing her back to good health I was getting attached. But I know that she was more of a commitment than I was ready for as I have other animals, work a lot, and live alone so I did find her a great new home w/ an adult woman who has other rabbits! Thank you all!!!
