Just clean any areas he messes with vinegar/water quickly as you can and keep all litter / hay in the box and he should choose the absorbent area that smells like his waste area. Also, ptu the litter box in the corner HE chooses, so if he’s using a different corner, move the cage around to suit his choice.

Whats the question? Get like, 3 litter boxes, put them in different areas of the pen, put a couple scoops of litter and put hay on 1 side. He’ll get it eventually. If he’s not altered it might take a bit more work and chances are good he’ll still territorial-poop everywhere even when litter trained.

He’s fine if he eats some of the paper, as logn as he is eating his hay and such too.

Just don’t use the glossy ads from newspapers, as the glossy picture stuff isn’t always safe inks. Regular newspaper it’s OK if he’s nibbles a bit … bunnies will often taste test their litters for some reason.

He’s fine to get neutered. He MAY still do that after neutered, but he will be easier to train.

you can start with the basics now, get him used to the idea of being in a litter box. i did train my girls and Squirrel prior to getting them altered.

Yeah, get him used to litter training before neuter. It will help once he is fixed.

Is there a reason you don’t want to buy litter? That would probably solve your paper-eating problems
