WTH! Rabbit making the weirdest noise ever

  So, here’s the story. Peanut has had the sniffles occasionally for 5 years with no other negative side effects- he’s incredibly healthy otherwise.
  
  The snuffles have not really gotten worse nor better. However, tonight, he’s making a really weird noise that I’m not sure is related. He has been eating and pooping normally (in fact, as I’m typing this now, he’s eating a little hay that fell on the floor), and when I heard it, he was just sitting on the carpet complacently, not showing any symptoms of distress whatsoever.
  
  The noise is almost indescribable. It’s like a moan combined with a sigh combined with a whine, and it’s so loud I’m still not even sure Peanut is making it (but i don’t know what else could be)

  I have no idea. I think if you are concerned perhaps you should make a trip to the vet.

  Have your camera if it has a video setting that records noise, or have a Camcorder ready, and record it. If it doesn’t happen again, he may not need a vet. If it does, take the recording with you and take him to see one so she can hear it too.
  If you do manage to capture it, we’d like to hear it, but first the vet, not us.

  wow i havent heard of that before, the only strange noises my little guy makes are like baby piggy grunts … and his stomach rumbles haha! Vets if you’re unsure, better safe x
