So Im sitting on the floor watching bunny and she goes into her cage and starts to eat her food and then all of a sudden flops down real hard onto her side in her food dish!!  What the heck is that?  Me and my husband cracked up.  It was so funny.

Unusual to flop IN the food dish. I think she missed aiming at the floor.
          I love flops.
They mean something like “I am so relaxed and pooped that I think I will just fall over now and rest.” It is very funny after the initial shock of the first one. would love to see a pix of your food dish flop if it happens again.

Heehee well sometimes it looks like they’re dying, they’re so dramatic! It’s a good thing though (:

Yes, the resemblance between Sammy, Mr. Hopper, and Angelina Jolie is truly amazing!

It’s a very fragile position to relax in. It means your rabbit trusts you and feels very relaxed around you. Congrats! Bunny flops are the best.

Well glad to hear it means they are relaxed because me and my husband where laying on the floor with her and I thought we where stressing her.  After that she ran and did a jump in the air and did a big flop on the ground.  It was so loud it scared her!!  They really do do the cutest things!!

I always compared it to a cat. My cat would just be walking along and then all of the sudden flop down on his side. Leopold doesn’t really do this, I’m not sure why. Wooly will do it but it’s hard to actually catch him doing it.
