I’ve heard of (and read about) several sources that say NOT to feed your bunny fresh greens or fruits of any kind until they are at least 5-6 months old.  Is this true?  My bunny is nearly twelve weeks old and I could’ve sworn I gave my first Holland lop greens before the age of six months, but I’d like to check and make certain.  My plan is not to give her any in case it gives her diarrhea, but was just checking to see if other people had heard about “the six month rule.”

At about 12 weeks is a good age to start greens. D one type of veggies a week, start with small amounts.

NP I would suggest a gentle veggie first, like romaine or greenleaf lettuce. No iceberg.
