I went to farm market today. I saw chocolate mint, spearmint, mint, and another different flavor of mints.

So I’m wondering if it is okay to feed spearmint or chocolate mint to rabbits?

I know mints are okay but chocolate mints? Any “human’s” chocolate aren’t allow but chocolate mint don’t include milk or anything like that.

          Yes, those are all fine.

Something interesting about the dozens of mint varieties is that almost all of them are just slightly modified varieties of spearmint (which is a favorite among bunnies), including chocolate mint, apple mint, lemon mint, pineapple mint, and so on.

Chocolate mint (my favorite type) isn’t related to the chocolate plant, so it’s perfectly fine to feed to bunnies.

I was at the garden store yesterday and was wondering that too. I forgot to post about it so thanks for asking. I’m going to buy some.

I’ve never seen those varieties at our local grocery store. Maybe I’ll check next time I’m at the Farmer’s Market.

Yep, like the others said, the different varieties are actually just variations on the same species of plant, so there isn’t a problem. There’s a bajillion (technical term) types of lettuce, but they’re all basically the same thing in the end.
