Hi BB,

I've noticed for some time now that even when I'm logged in before I start shopping at BB.com that I have trouble getting items either into my cart the first few times I try to add them, (lots of starting over and repeating actions here) or I have to add one of an item and then go back and up my quantities. I'm not talking about adding more quantity than is stocked, rather that the page will reload and the added items will simply not be there.

Usually now I have to go to the description page to get items carted and add more of each item. It's difficult or impossible to add items from the list pages.

Just thought I'd see if anyone else was having this problem or if it's just me. Thank you.

Oh...and I just noticed also that the continue and checkout seems to log me out at the same time and I need to put my password in again. Not sure why. Thankies!

I think at least the last two orders I've made. Possibly a third. I just kept chalking it up to my old dinosaur computer and crummy connection, but I thought I should see if anyone else was having trouble.

Well, I would have chalked it up to a slow connection except for the fact that you said "for some time now" which makes me think something has changed. I also know you shop at other online stores and if this was this type of "slow" was the norm for you with all of it, then I'm sure you would have mentioned that, but because you didn't it sounds like it might be something going on with our site that might be just more apparent with a slow connection. We could have some things that are dragging it and for people that have high-speed they may not notice it as much. But I still don't want anything dragging our store pages -- they need to be fast.

It is common for the very first time you go to a web page for it to be slower but once it is cached it's fine. Do you clear your cache alot?

Hi BB, sorry to take so long returning to this post.
I have Firefox, which is set to clear cookies as soon as I drop the last window when I shut down. It IS acting kind of weird for the last few updates of the browser, but I'm not sure if that's the problem or my connection.
I really don't have the same problem with other online stores as I do with BB.com. However, some of the other sites I visit online that I use passwords for often log me out for no apparent reason, but at least one I know of is supposed to do that.

The store used to work better for me and I could just pop items into my cart and checkout, no problem. I'm thinking I first noticed difficulties maybe back when we went around with the shipping address going wonky. Remember when I couldn't get the store to accept the P.O. Box? Or could it just have been since the updates have been going on the past few months? Was anything in particular different at the store since you began those?

Doesn't stop me from shopping with you, mind...but I'll put a pot of tea on while I do. I'm very persistent (read stubborn...lol) so I don't give up if it doesn't go through the first time.
