Samson lunged and bit me He didn’t break my skin, it was really really light, I just felt his teeth graze the back of my hand  I was the only one in the house, I had just came back after a couple hours and ran into the room to say hi, sat down, he came over for pets and then after I pet him, he lunged and bit :/ I yelped and jumped up, and he kinda lunged a couple more times (I don’t know if he was trying to bite then, I wasn’t standing around to find out), then I threw a blanket over him and scooped him up and put him in his pen.  He had food, fresh water and hay, he was sweet earlier… He’s not neutered yet, I need to make an appt for next week. He’s poops a ton and they are normal little pellets…..What the heck happened?

It was probably hormones. He could’ve been also letting you know he wasn’t done with pets yet. Or was done. Who knows really. LOL But it was hormone induced. So he’s probably getting ready to be neutered.

I don’t know. Really. Cause Eddie was already neutered when I got him and I never noticed a huge change in Lolli’s behavior when she hit puberty. But he may get more territorial and aggressive or he may not. I think it just depends. Others should be around to tell you more. lol

Eddie was a little terror. He bit me for any reason he could think of. Mostly it was “put me down” or “move” nips. But he had times where he got pissy with me for other reasons only he knew. lol Don’t get me wrong….he was also a very loving bunny. Which made it so aggravating. lol Lolli lunges and bats at me if I stick my hand in her box to pet her. And she gives little dainty nips when I tick her off by trying to brush her or something.
