nut puppet’s neuter is scheduled for friday.  i just called to confirm, and to see when we could do rue.  the vet said that as long as his boy bit have dropped, he’s comfortable doing the snip now.  so rue will be joining puppet on his adventure friday!  i’m really nervous, but really excited, too!  they’ve both been acting like turd monkies the past few days, and it will be one less thing to deal with!

Keep us updated. They may still act like monkies though even after the snip….

heh i know they could still be little turds after. nut puppet is still being his crazy self, but rue’s started acting out. yesterday, he charged the cat, just because he walked too close. he’s also completely forgotten what the litter box is for. i got up this morning, and his cage floor was completely covered in poop- but not a single one in the litter box. since puppet was already a teenager when we got him, his personality is what it is, we never knew any difference. since we got rue as a baby, the personality change is very obvious. he’s actually starting to act more like puppet! lol

I wish your boys a speedy recovery (and a quick return to sanity for Rue.) Lol. I bet the cat was surprised to be threatened by the formerly docile bunbun.
