Hello! So I got Sugarbear when he was only 5 weeks old.  I started potty training right away and he got the idea within a few days! He is now 4 months old and about two weeks ago he started pooping everywhere!  He’ll go in his nic cage near my other buns nic cage and when I let him out, he’ll go on the carpet in front of her cage.  Now, Pepper is doing the same thing when I let her out! What’s going on??

Looks like a marking war! You said that they are around 4 months old…just about the right time for a spay/neuter .

Neutered? Sounds like puberty to me. A lot of good habits go out the window if they aren’t neutered yet- but that doesn’t mean they are gone for good.
Is the poop kind of scattered around? That is territorial marking. With two buns, I’ve heard sometimes it just doesn’t go away. 😐

OK…I kind of thought that! I wanted to wait till 6 months so they both can get their procedures done together but I’ve changed my mind. I will take them in Friday for another check up (different doctor) and see if they can get it done sooner!

Yep, the poop is scattered around right in front of Pepper’s cage…sheesh!

              Thanks Peppypoo and Tate!
