            they totally can. Just don’t give them more than like a 2 inch square at a time. I generally give them the rind after i’ve cut out what I want, so there’s a little bit of red left on there and they like the rind too. It’s one of their fav treats and i’ve been giving it to Oliver since he was a baby (almost 10 years now) and he hasn’t had any health issues beyond an eye infection once or twice.

              Someone probably spit a seed in his eye.

              I’d remove the very outside of the rind in case any pesticides were used in the growing of the melon.

                My 3 loved watermelon but Stormy got gas after he ate it and needed simethicone so I won’t feed it again.
