And for those of you who give them veggies more than 1x per day, when do you do that?

I've always given my buns their greens at ~5pm, just to keep their schedule regular, but I'm starting to wonder if I should spread it out and give them a little in the morning too.

i give dougal a load in the morning, then a load at night. i think i'm overfeeding him! but i do it before work and before i go to bed as occupies him for a wee while in his cage.

I do veggies once a day - in the evening, after I've been home for about half an hour.  Since we're still new to each other I hand-feed them to her so I can pet her and get her used to my touching her.  I can pretty much do anything as long as she's stuffing her face!

Pellets are a 2x/day thing.  1/8 cup in the morning whenever I get up and the other 1/8 cup when she goes back into her cage for the night around 9:30-10:30 pm.  If I happen to be out of veggies she gets some extra pellets.

I give my bunnies their veggies once a day around 6:00 in the evening. I have them on a routine - veggies, then later on, cage cleaning time. They run out of the cage and run around for a little bit, then back in cage for the night.

I give my bunnies one half of their pellets and greens in the am and pm.   And for Bailey, I split her meals up into 3  small servings ONLY because she has a sensitive digestive system and it helps to spread out her meals. 

As long as bunnies have unlimited hay, then feeding 1x a day is fine.     Am or dusk is ideal, only because that is their natural time to eat, but there is no real rule to this.   I think feeding them at the same time everyday though helps them feel secure, less stress etc. only because bunnies, as prey animals, really do better emotionally with a predictable routine.
