What’s your favorite thing(s) about you bun?

 I thought this might be a fun thread because I know we all like to brag about how wonderful we find our buns and most people in the outside world (in my experience anyway) either don’t care, or don’t understand. 

Okay I’ll start:

What I love in both my girls: I love their binkies and their flops of coarse. I also love the little round shape they make when they curl up and I love it when they hop over and stick their face right into mine. All I can see and feel is velvet and whiskers, it makes my day

Eden: I adore her fur. It has a beautiful sheen to it and it’s so silky it almost seems to melt beneath your finger when you pet her. Plus it’s black. I love how mild mannered she is, it’s almost as if she exists to keep everyone sane. You can’t be angry or upset around her. 

Kya: I love her huge eyes. They are so expressive and pretty. And I think her little (short) ears are cute. I like rabbits with little ears. I like her diva ‘tude She’s very obnoxious and thinks no one has anything better to do but admire and play with her. She has some truly great DR faces.

I love my little Chacha bun. She keeps me in check. I love how she is the only one that can boss me. Usually, I don’t like to be told what to do. But my diva sure can.

It is funny, I sit on the glass table with my laptop and ALL OF A SUDDEN, I hear slight honking and my bunny circling my legs (she is spayed LOL). I lean down to pet her and she LOVESSSSSSSSSS IT!

Also, I love how she will jump and sit on the one person couch.. and just sits there.. and sits there.. and glares at me, waiting for me come by and pet her. There is also a brown donut pillow on the couch beside her, so it makes it extra cute. Here is her when I was in the middle of petting her. This is ‘her couch.’

I also love how she does a ‘dance binky’ on my baby blanket. She will do a spin with her legs.. only her legs LOL! It is hard to describe but it is like an in-place binky  

Her otter belly flops. I love her bellay. And her dainty paws.

And I love how I can put my face in front of her and she will give kisses

I love Hannah’s personality. She’s always on alert, always figuring things out. I swear she watches us and tries to figure out our body language and what we’ll do next. She’s brave and will jump over things and move things out of her way to get where she wants, yet she listens to the word “no” because she always has one eye on us. She’s also sweet and always enjoys pets, especially if you play with her ears and smush her face with your hand. It seems like it must be uncomfortable, but she loves it.

Otto is completely different from Hannah. Lately he’s been really grouchy and hates pets, but I love when he’s snuggling with Hannah and lets me pet him. For some reason that’s the only time he enjoys it. I love training him and doing tricks with him because he tries so hard to get it and can focus for quite a while if he’s being successful, but as soon as it gets too hard for him he’s gone (he’s also not very bright, so it’s cute to watch him try things). I also love just how cute and soft he is. No matter how much of a jerk he is sometimes, I look at that cute smushed in face and fall in love.

I love nearly everything about them.

Probably have some comments about annoyances.  Which are   they dont’ get along.    The rest is great.

Their wittle faces.  Ruby’s ladylike personality   the way she eats parsley   the way she loves to be petted she will stop anything for that.  Her honks whistly squeaks  and tooth purrs   her long hair   she eats lots of hay  loves greens

Cotton his cute fuzzy face.  When I walk by his litterbox and he is in there eating he looks up at me and his face is adorable.  His tooth purrs his blue eyes   his really soft hair after a brushing he is really soft.   Softer than Ruby.     his blue eyes.

I like so many things about my bunnies, but the best is watching Kate and Spence cuddle together. Personally, I think the world becomes a better place everytime two bunnies snuggle!

What do I love most about my buns?
I love how soft Calypso is and how cute he is when he becomes a bunny puddle when I pet him. I also love his easy-going, surfer dude personality. Not the brightest crayon in the box. I especially love when Echo does some acrobatic thing that Calypso just has to try, but he never does it right, so then he comes to me for pets to mend his pride. lol

As for Echo, I love her intelligence. She is so quick, and always figures things out very quickly. However, she is often jumpy and afraid. It makes me so happy when she comes over to snuggle with me, because I know that it takes a lot of courage and shows that she really does love me.

I also love watching the dynamics between the two. Echo is definitely the boss, and Calypso is so sincere in his love for Echo… it’s so cute to watch him follow her around and beg for kisses. When she does groom him, it’s clear to anybody watching that he’s in a private little bunny heaven.

Stormy- I love how he is a total brat. It makes me laugh. He wants a treat, he begs for a treat, he gets a treat. I love how he made me aware of how great rabbits are. I love how soft and cuddly he is. I love holding him; that’s seriously one of my favorite things in the world. He doesn’t mind being held either. I love his couch zooms and Binkies. Oh, and stretch/yawn combos.

Bindi- I love how he looks just like a stuffed toy. Sometimes I find it hard to believe that he is actually real. He sits on the couch with stuffed bunnies and sometimes it takes a minute to find him! I love how cuddly he is. He loves to sit on the couch with me and read or watch tv. I love his crazy binky/zooms and flops. And when he sleeps all flopped out. I love his big floppy ears and his little cotton ball tail.

Olivia- I love how shiny and beautiful she is. Most of all, I love how she always makes me laugh. She honks and does crazy twisty binkies. You can never be in a bad mood when Olivia is in the living room strutting her stuff. She’s such an elegant little lady. She’s my only girl bun and gets treated like a total princess.

All my bunnies- I love how they calm me down and make me smile when I’m upset. Sitting in the rabbit room is seriously therapeutic. I love how they love you no matter what. They don’t care if your having a bad hair day or struggling financially. They love you because you love them. I have such a wonderful bond with my bunnies. There is no bond like a bunny and his Mommy!

OH I so agree LPT.    This is  a great post subject.    When I cry Cotton goes to hide.   Ruby is the one who comes up to me.  Thats ok tho for Cotton is a luv bunny in his own way.   He does his happy jump   (jumping extra foot higher than the top of his cage) to sit next to me and get petted.   He is a lover.

Ruby will stop eating to be petted.  

I have to be on my toes this week another darn inspection cuz we failed the other  one.  I would die if I had to part with one of them.  How would I choose.  

Cotton loves to be held when we are outside or in the truck he tooth purrs even when I am not petting him. 

Ruby she doesn’t care if I hold her in the house or whereever.

Since Eddie passed away, I love learning more about Lolli. Everything is definitely on her terms, but she has slowly revealed more and more of herself to me. I love when she gets all happy and zooms around and does binkies. I love how I can now tell when she’s think she needs a treat. She’ll just sit there and look at me and lick her lips and then hop over to beg. LOL I love that she loves nosepets. She doesn’t give kisses, but she will give me the occasional nose bump which is better than kisses cause she usually goes out of her way to do it and it’s completely and totally random. I love her delicate little feet and her sweet, adorable face. I love how sleeping on the floor has apparently increased our bond.

Yay, fun topic!

I love how Merry is a complete little brat but also how she loves it when I give her little kisses on the nape of her neck. That makes her tooth purr more than anything else. I love how she pretends to be this little tough girl when I put her in the pen at night – growls at me – but the moment I pet her she’s a pancake! I LOVE the way she smells. I could breathe in the smell of her fur for hours.

I love Banner’s energy, clumsy zooms and binkies, and mostly his KISSES! And his soft soft mini rex fur.

Mostly I love watching them try so hard to be with each other (it’ll be months yet) – and how when one goes and eats the other runs over to their bowl and does the same thing.

I love how Nilly runs up to greet me in the morning when I come into the kitchen to start the day! I also love how she runs and finds me when she hears me crinkling her pellets bag.  She is so soft and so therapudic when I feel down! She will lay in my arms (but has to be just so) and stay for quite a while. I also love watching her periscope- I think I enjoy watching her do that more than anything. Rabbits standing up are just darn adorable!

This is one my absolute favorite things about Cheddar bear is when he just knocks out flat on his side and mouth dribbling like he is eating. I love how relaxed and carefree he is when sleeping. Silly bun.
